Our company strives to enhance corporate value through constant innovation and challenges,
grow and develop with all stakeholders, including shareholders, and become a trusted company.
Our company respects all domestic and international laws and market orders, sets an example in establishing fair trade,
respects social values and customs, and contributes to national and societal development through various social contribution activities.

I. Responsibilities and Duties to Shareholders
1. Protection of Shareholder Rights
- The company strives to enhance its corporate value through continuous management innovation and strengthening growth potential, aiming to earn the trust and respect of its shareholders.
- The company protects the rights of shareholders and respects their legitimate requests and suggestions.

2. Prohibition of Conflicts of Interest
Employees strive to prevent any actions or relationships that conflict with the company's interests and prioritize the company's interests in the event of a conflict of interest between the company, individuals, or departments.
3. Protection of Company Assets and Confidential Information
- Employees must protect the company's tangible assets, intellectual property rights, trade secrets, etc., and not use them for personal purposes.

5. Prohibition of Political Involvement
- Employees are not to engage in political activities during working hours within the company.
- While employees' rights to vote and political opinions are respected, it is important to ensure that individual political views or involvement do not misrepresent the company's stance.
6. Prohibition of Receiving Gifts and Entertainment
- Employees must not accept money, gifts, or entertainment from clients or any stakeholders.
- Employees should not provide gifts or entertainment that exceed the socially accepted range to clients or stakeholders in relation to company business.
- Employees must not exchange gifts or excessive entertainment among themselves.
7. Compliance with the Code of Ethics
- All employees must faithfully comply with the code of ethics, and they are responsible for their actions if they violate it.
- If employees are coerced into unethical behavior or become aware of such actions, they must report it to the corporate ethics consultation department.
- In the event of a violation of the code of ethics, employees must conduct a thorough investigation to identify the cause and prevent recurrence through education.
